Dr. Eichler is the Managing Director of Oak Health Partners — a boutique consulting firm providing clients with strategic guidance and support on matters at the intersection of technology and healthcare. Formerly the VP of Products at GNS Healthcare, he architected and oversaw major pharmaceutical and payer-oriented product offerings. Prior to that, Dr. Eichler managed global client programs at PatientsLikeMe, focusing on patient-centered research and real-world outcomes. He also established the company’s oncology product strategy and supported its first hybrid virtual and physical clinical trial. Dr. Eichler has also worked at Relay Technology Management (acquired by Decision Resources Group), InnoCentive, McKinsey, and Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Eichler completed his MSc. and PhD in Bioinformatics at Boston University and the National Cancer Institute’s Laboratory of Molecular Pharmacology, jointly, and has a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He has authored over 40 scholarly writings, invests in and advises for early-stage startups, and is a seasoned public speaker on personalized medicine, genomics, patient centricity, big data, open innovation, and medical informatics.

Mark Redlus

Mark Redlus is the CEO of Tridiuum, a digital behavioral health company on a mission to elevate mental health and integrate it with physical care to improve lives and transform the industry. Prior to being named CEO in 2017, Redlus was Senior Vice President of Tridiuum’s Innovation Lab for nearly four years, leading ground-breaking research for products that would transform the way behavioral health is approached in this country.

A seasoned executive with deep experience in venture-backed startups, Redlus has led mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity fundraising, technology infrastructure development, and operational execution in the areas of digital health technology, clean tech, energy, healthcare, and life sciences.

A passion for “total healthcare” led him to Tridiuum, which began as a think tank funded by the National Institutes of Health. Under Redlus’ leadership, the company raised millions in funding to bring its behavioral health platform to market, helping health systems and other care organizations find more of their high-risk patients, accelerate their access to care, and deliver better outcomes at lower costs.

Prior to Tridiuum, Redlus was Partner, Managing Director, and CEO of Yallingup BioEnergy, CEO of ImageTree Corporation, and CEO of CoreTech Consulting Group. He received his B.S. degree in Management from The Wharton School.
